G6500 Rapier Weaving Machine
G6500系列剑杆织机整机结构设计紧凑、重量分配均衡,抗扭机架在织机高速运行时也能保持很低的振动水平,
织机可直接安放在地面上,不需要地脚螺栓;采用人机工程学设计,机身低并且便于操作。
The G6500 rapier weaving machines have a compact design and balancedweight distribution. The torsion framme can maintain a low vibration level whenthe machine is running at high speed. The loom can be placed directly on theground without the anchor bolts. Ergonomically designed, the body is low andeasy to operate.
免维护的直接驱动装置,自由设定速度,可实现变速织造,织机左右两侧均衡分配制动力。
Maintenance-free direct drive, free set speed, variablespeed weaving, balanced distribution of braking forceon the left and right sides of the loom.
重新优化设计的空间连杆引纬机构,结构更紧凑、机构刚性更高,适应更高的运行速度,
能使引纬过程中纬纱的最大加速度降低,减少断纱提高生产效率。
The redesigned spatial linkage weft insertion mechanism has a more compact structure and higher rigidity,it can adapt to higher running speeds, reduce the maximum acceleration of weft yarns during weft insertion,and reduce yarn breakage to improve productionefficiency.

对易纠缠的低强力经纱,可配置剑带托片作为剑带导向,避免剑带干扰经纱。
For easy-entangled low-strength warp yarns, the gripperband supporting teeth can be configured as a gripper bandguide to prevent the gripper band from interfering with thewarp yarn.
剑带自由飞行方式
Gripper band movement
梭口内无剑带导钩,不会对经纱产生干扰,适合织造绝大多数的织物。
There is no gripper band guide hooks in the shed, whichwill not interfere with the warp yarn and is suitable forweaving most fabrics.
